I got Tallulah spring of 2019 as a college graduation present to myself, and as a buddy to bring with me to veterinary school in the fall. I am very impressed on how she turned out and how Josie operates.

 

Josie was very willing to answer any questions I had and let me see the facility along with meeting the parents even before deciding I wanted a Dalmatian puppy. She is very good about giving updates as soon as the puppies are born. It was always super fun to see updated pictures of the puppies, which made me even more excited to pick mine up.

 

My dog Tallulah is everything I wanted her to be. She is a very confident, loyal, and cuddly dog. She is excellent with other dogs, cats, kids and even strangers (she will bark at them when they walk up to the door). In the veterinary profession there are stigmas with certain breeds and unfortunately Dalmatians are known to be aggressive, BUT I cannot tell you how many times I have been told by another veterinarian or vet student how impressed they are with Tallulah’s temperament and how she has changed their opinion on the breed.

 

Tallulah is a prime example of good socialization as a puppy and Josie’s work of breeding well-temperament dogs. Because 50% of a dog's temperament is genetic. I would highly recommend a puppy from Cookies and Cream if you have the time and devotion to work with a VERY high energy and intelligent dog.
